Youth Fellowship & Leadership Platform
The Rising Leaders (TRL) is the proud organizer of Runway Career Connect, backed by proven experience in delivering structured youth fellowship programs at national and international levels. Having successfully completed three batches and now launching its fourth, TRL has engaged youth aged 16 to 20 through mentorship, leadership training, and real-world learning beyond classrooms.
Building Nepal's Next Generation of Leaders
From hosting international delegates in its first batch to representing every province in later cohorts, TRL demonstrates strong geographic and cultural inclusion across Nepal. Its diverse portfolio of workshops, creative platforms, sports, cultural activities, and graduation ceremonies reflects its ability to manage large-scale, multidisciplinary youth programs.
